Filming with Georgia Ellie Equestrian at Somerford

This spring, I had the opportunity to work again with Georgia Ellie Equestrian — an equestrian content creator and YouTuber. We spent the day capturing her experience at a horse camp held at Somerford Park Farm, one of the UK’s most popular venues for riders looking to train and improve.

My role was to film Georgia throughout the camp, creating content she could use across both her YouTube channel and social media. To help bring the viewer along for the ride, we used wireless microphones to capture real-time interactions between Georgia and her instructor — from coaching tips to her reactions during each session.

Creating Content That Performs

High-quality visuals, thoughtful audio capture, and dynamic storytelling can make a real difference in how content performs online. The footage from this shoot was used to create:

• YouTube videos (Day 1 and Day 2 vlogs)

• Instagram Reels

Georgia’s top-performing reel from this camp reached over 88,000 views, and during our previous collaboration, a reel from another camp reached a huge 360,000 views. It's a great example of how planned, purpose-driven content can reach wider audiences and boost engagement above and far beyond everyday posts.

Heartfelt moments like these are just as powerful as the action shots — they help audiences connect and engage.
